I am an ASPM Accredited Staging Professional Master and I have years 19+ years of experience in Visual Merchandising/ Store Manager experience with an affinity for the home. My well rounded retail experience has benefited me by having extensive experience in Home Improvement, Furniture, and Home Decor. My passion for staging is contagious. I deliver tasteful results at a reasonable price.
I offer many services which include: Consultations, Vacant Stagings, Lived in stagings - "Remix", Remix design work (staging and decor for those not moving), Consultation for remodel/ design work, Investment property, Vacation rental property, Move-in decorating, Mini makeover for a day, Paint color consultation, Curb appeal consultation, Personal shopper. and Table top design work for holidays/ parties. Pricing varies depending on the scope of the work. Average staging can take 4-6 hours depending on the scope of work. Pricing available as needed after reviewing the scope of work.
Vacant stagings can begin at $2750 depending on the scope of work. This is a flat fee for set up and take down for 3 months. No month to month rental to worry about .Trust me, your house will look so fabulous it will sell much before that.
